BrahmiX Terms of Use

These terms apply to the BrahmiX browser ("BrahmiX") and the brahmix.com website, provided by Two Quarters Sdn Bhd (company no. 202401001040 (1546891-H)), A-3-6, Block A, Pelangi Damansara, PJU 6, Persiaran Surian, Pusat Perdagangan Pelangi, 47800 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia ("we", "us"). By installing or using BrahmiX you agree to them.

1. Using BrahmiX

BrahmiX is free. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use it on your devices, subject to these terms.

BrahmiX is currently a beta: features may change, and it may contain bugs.

2. Open-source software

BrahmiX is built on Chromium and other open-source software. Those components are licensed to you under their own licences, which you can read in BrahmiX at brahmix://credits. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under those licences.

3. Updates

BrahmiX checks for and installs updates automatically so that you get security fixes quickly. Updates may add, change or remove features. You agree to receive these updates; keeping BrahmiX up to date is important for your safety.

4. Other companies' services

The Hub and the web give you access to services run by other companies (for example BrahmAI, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, WhatsApp, Telegram, Gmail and Outlook). They are provided by those companies under their own terms and privacy policies, which you agree to with them, not with us. We do not control, endorse or take responsibility for them, and their availability inside BrahmiX can change.

ChatGPT is a trademark of OpenAI. Claude is a trademark of Anthropic, PBC. Gemini and Gmail are trademarks of Google LLC. Microsoft and Outlook are trademarks of the Microsoft group of companies. WhatsApp is a trademark of WhatsApp LLC. Telegram is a trademark of Telegram FZ-LLC. DeepSeek is a trademark of its respective owner. BrahmiX is an independent browser and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by these companies.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use BrahmiX to break the law or other people's rights, and don't distribute modified copies of BrahmiX under the BrahmiX name or logo. "BrahmiX" and the BrahmiX logo are trademarks of Two Quarters Sdn Bhd.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy (brahmix.com/privacy) explains what information BrahmiX handles.

7. No warranty

BrahmiX is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that it will protect you from every dangerous website.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of data or loss of profits arising from your use of BrahmiX, and our total liability is limited to RM 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer.

9. Ending

You can stop using BrahmiX at any time by uninstalling it. We may stop providing BrahmiX or updates, with notice on brahmix.com where possible.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for important changes, tell you on brahmix.com.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live.
